What’s currently happening in my world…

AI

I’ve been getting into AI slowly over the last decade or so and then intensely and somewhat obsessively since GenAI became so powerful. You can follow my learning-in-public experiments at ai.intellectronica.net, as well my GitHub and YouTube.

Microsoft

In 2022 I joined Microsoft, where I work as a Principal Engineering Manager at Azure Growth & Innovation, managing a team of awesome cloud engineers. We work with startups and software developers, helping them build on Azure and learning from them what it takes to provide a great platform for our most demanding users.

Meditation

After years of trying, the meditation thing finally clicked, and to my surprise became an important pillar of my life. Twice a day (~ish) I get to sit in silence, focus and mindfully observe my mind and the present moment. Turns out that’s incredibly valuable.

Rhythm

I discovered drumming and rhythm through samba groups and developed an appetite. I drum at home on an Alesis Strike Multipad and always up for some fun group drumming opportunities.
