Lumina is a constructed auxiliary language designed for logical consistency, ease of pronunciation, and machine learnability.

Core Principles:

• Strict SVO: Subject-Verb-Object structure is immutable.
• Typed Endings: The last letter of a word tells you exactly what it is (Noun, Verb, Adjective, Adverb, Passive Participle). Note: Particles are exempt from this rule.
• One Letter, One Sound: Zero ambiguity in reading or writing.
• No Irregularities: If you know the rule, you know the language.

Lumina uses a restricted subset of the Latin alphabet: 21 Letters (16 Consonants and 5 Vowels). The letters C, J, Q, X, and Z are not used.

Pronunciation is strict. Vowels are monophthongs. If two vowels appear together, they are pronounced separately (hiatus). There are no diphthongs.

Chosen to maximize distinction.

• Syllabification: Every vowel constitutes a syllable.

• Stress: The stress always falls on the penultimate (second to last) syllable.
